The total time it takes to receive your order includes two phases:
- Processing Time: This is the time we take to prepare your order, which includes order verification, item preparation, and getting everything ready for shipment. Processing times can vary depending on your location and our order volume at the time.
- Shipping Time: This is the duration it takes for your order to reach you once it has left our facility. Shipping time depends on the shipping method chosen and your specific delivery address.
Please note: The total delivery time is calculated as follows:
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

- Processing Time: Typically, it takes us 3-5 business days to process your order. This timeframe may vary slightly during peak seasons or special promotions.
- Shipping Time: Once your order is processed, shipping will take approximately 7-14 business days, depending on your location and the selected shipping method.
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays, and are based on Eastern Standard Time (EST). Please keep in mind that during peak periods, such as holidays or promotional events, delivery times may be longer than usual.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can also track your package directly on our website for convenience. Please allow 5-7 business days for the carrier to update tracking information.

Shipping Delays

Undelivered Packages
If the tracking information shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, we kindly ask you to:

Duties and Taxes
Please be aware that any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Hydrationmerch is not liable for these charges. Additionally, if the package is refused by the recipient or delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, Hydrationmerch reserves the right to cancel the order without issuing a refund.
