Returns and Refunds
At Hydrationmerch, we kindly ask that you carefully review all order details, including size, design, quantity, and shipping address, before confirming your purchase. Once an order is placed, our team moves quickly to process it, and as a result, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges for incorrect selections like the item type, size, design, or shipping address.
However, we understand that mistakes can happen. If you realize an error in your order, you have a 6-hour window from the time of order placement to cancel your order and place a new one with the correct details. Canceling Orders
You have 6 hours from the time of placing your order to cancel it. If a cancellation request is submitted after this period, your order may already be in the processing or shipping stages, and cancellation may no longer be possible.

Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item. After this period, we consider all orders accepted by the customer, and refunds will no longer be issued.

- The design received is different from what was ordered.
- The size or material does not match what was ordered.
- An incorrect product was delivered.
- The product description does not match the item received.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be in its original condition and packaging.
- The item must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
- The defect or issue must be due to an error on our part.
- The original tags must still be attached.
- Minor issues like loose threads are not considered defects and are not eligible for returns.

To process your return, the following items are required:
- The original shipping label or receipt.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation).
- Evidence of any defects (e.g., photos).
- Relevant email communication screenshots, if applicable.
Return and Refund Process

Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. These costs will not be deducted from the refund amount, but you are responsible for arranging and covering the shipping fees for the return.
Refund Processing Time
Once we have received your returned item, please allow up to 2 business days for your refund to be processed. You will receive an email notification when we have received your return and issued the refund, including any original shipping fees.

If you are waiting for your refund, please follow these steps:

- Note that it may take 10-15 business days from the date of refund issuance, depending on your card provider’s policies.

- Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the delivery date. After this period, no refunds or exchanges will be provided.

- Hydrationmerch is not responsible for returns that are lost, damaged in transit, or made without proper communication with our team.
